During the development of the working documentation, we carefully analyze paving materials, finishes, furniture, decor, plants, and select suppliers that meet the budget. We calculate all loads, connections, nodes, and choose suitable technical engineering solutions.

We arrange plant compositions considering growth rates and spread, plant compatibility based on sustainability and aggressiveness, decorative nature throughout different seasons, and the feasibility of maintaining greenery.

In the final stage, the plans of engineers and architects for all structures are consolidated, and we produce final breakdown drawings with all necessary connections. Interior designers and decorators come into play.

By agreement, we carry out turnkey landscaping works, providing production plan-schedule that illustrates the sequence of works, including coordination with other project stakeholders. We also plan the delivery schedule for goods and materials. We handle all supply and logistics questions.

During the execution of the works, we save the time of the client and other stakeholders. We discuss the format and frequency of communication, including the submission of photo and video reports from the project site. We strive to resolve potential issues autonomously or seek the best possible solutions through coordination with other project stakeholders, presenting options for the approval of the client.
